If you are using windows, just install the git from the official installer and the architecture your system is using. If you are using any linux distro GNOME based just do sudo apt install git (you may need some privielegies to do this.) If you are though, using any xfce distro just install it with pacman. And if you are using mac, or any BSD based system, just install homebrew.

Sam Gossner of Versilian Studios created Versilian Studios Chamber Orchestra (abbreviated VSCO) which was nice and then did VSCO Version 2 which was even better. A nice commercial product (which I recommend) would have been fine, but Sam also released thousands of completely free samples as the Community Edition.
If you are interesting in the full version of VSCO2 called VSCO2 Pro, it is on sale for two weeks for $100 at Audio Plugin Deals. It also comes with three other instruments.
I created a VST version of VSCO2. Sam took a look at my homely version and asked if I would like to use the lovely in-house backgrounds from Simon Autenrieth along with Sam’s scripting and GUI (love those knobs) to make something better. The answer was yes. This version then is sort of a collaboration between Sam, Simon and myself with any errors being my fault. Note that I normalized and edited the samples for uniformity, while the SFZ edition has a more natural tone. Try both, they are free.
