Ensure you are using the latest version of Bowers & Wilkins Control App. This is available to download from the App Store on your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad by searching for “Bowers & Wilkins”. Alternatively, visit the following link on a Mac or PC.

Otherwise, this error may be occurring because the Mac or PC running the Setup app has not automatically joined the correct Wi-Fi network.

The correct Wi-Fi network the Mac or PC will need to be connected to will depend on the stage of the setup process that has just been completed.

• If the LED indicator is flashing yellow and the app states that it is “searching for devices”:
  Manually change the Wi-Fi network that your computer is connected to, so that it is connected to the “yourdevice_setup_XXXXX” (e.g. ZeppelinAir_Setup_XXXXX) network.
  Then press 'Cancel', and on the subsequent screen select either ‘Start setup’ or ‘Rescan network’.
• If the LED indicator is solid purple, and an error advising to “reattach the speaker” occurs:
  The speaker has successfully connected to your desired Wi-Fi network, however the app cannot communicate with the speaker as the computer has not connected to the same network.
  Press OK on the message that appears. You will need to manually change the Wi-Fi network of your computer so that it is connected to the same network as your speaker (usually your home network).
  If your wireless music system does not appear on the left hand side press the ‘Rescan network’ button.
  Open iTunes on your computer. The AirPlay icon should appear to the right of the volume slider. If the AirPlay icon doesn’t appear, click here for further assistance.
• If you have entered your network details, pressed Set up, and the LED indicator is continuously flashing purple:
  Your wireless music system has not successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network. You will need to reset the speaker and attempt setup again.
