@shadowfox777: The newest version, version 7, is $399. I use version 6, though, that I got on sale for about $100. You could always use Gsnap, it's a free autotune plugin.

If the key of the song were in C, AutoTune would completely cut out the G# and A# notes in the transition from G to B, making a sawtooth like pitch change. So in the transition from G to B, the notes that would play would be G-A-B, but not G# or A# even though they naturally occur between the notes. I hope this helps at all, if not, sorry. ^^;
